How To Add items To Cart?

To add an item to the cart, on the product page, simply click on the specific variation or color of the item you want and click the "add to cart" button. If you want to increase the quantity of a specific item variation or color you added to cart, simply click the + button for the item in the cart. If you want to order different variations or colors of an item, on the product page, click each variation or color you want and add them to cart one by one.

How To Remove Items From Cart?

If you want to remove an item you added to cart click the - button for the item in the cart. Once you have only 1 of this item in the cart this will remove the item from the cart. If you have more than 1 of a particular item variation or color in the cart, clicking the - button will reduce the quantity of the item.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

Once you have added the item(s) you want to cart, simply click the "check out" button. You will be taken to a form to fill in your shipping and billing information and then you'll be taken to a secure page to make your payment. Presently, we only process payments with Paypal which is one of the most trusted online payment processors. 

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?

In order to give our customers good quality products at the lowest prices, we work with suppliers in different countries around the world. Therefore, shipping time will vary depending on the items you ordered, your location and the shipping method used. We include the estimated shipping time for each product on the product page. So please take note of this information before you order items. A lot of our products ship from China which will take a longer time to arrive than products shipped from warehouses in the country you live in. For orders shipping to the United States, Canada & Australia from China, delivery will normally take 12-20 days. For other countries, delivery may take up to 40 days.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method used to ship the item(s) to our customers as well as the type of item(s) in the order. You will see the cost of shipping your order during check out. Most of the items listed in our store fall within lite standard shipping to standard shipping which normally costs $2.95 - $19.99. However, we occasionally offer free shipping on selected items. We encourage you to take advantage of free shipping when it is available for items you want to buy.

How much will customs charges be for my country?

As charges are individually assessed by your country’s officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from cases to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges may be for your order.

Why Didn't My Order Come Together In One Package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our inventory is distributed from multiple fulfillment centers around the world in order for you to receive the best products at the lowest prices. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase with the estimated delivery time, please contact us to look into your shipment.
